How we choose topics

We start from the real questions people ask when shopping online: order problems, payments, shipping, customs and returns. We only publish a guide when we can answer the question completely and verifiably.

How we verify

1. We walk through the process on the store’s website or app.
2. We check every rule (deadlines, conditions, payment methods) against the official help center.
3. If a rule varies by country, we say so explicitly.
4. If a source is not official, we treat it as secondary reference, never as the rule.

Updates and corrections

Every guide shows its last verified date. If you spot something out of date, let us know and we will fix it.

Use of AI

We may use AI tools to organise drafts or translate, but every fact is checked against the original source before publishing.
